I’ve walked the path of both helper and healer for over 20 years — as a counselor, coach, and intuitive guide. With a background in psychology, counseling, nutrition, and holistic wellness, my journey has always centered on empowering others to live with clarity, vitality, and purpose.
​
What sets my approach apart is the seamless weaving of the practical and the mystical. I guide you through breathwork and stress-relief practices, support you with herbal wisdom and nutrition, and offer a variety of eclectic healing techniques, and intuitive insights via tarot and oracle cards. No two sessions are the same — because you are not the same as anyone else.

My background and education include a B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Counseling from Villanova University. In 2021, I obtained my PN1 Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification to enhance my skill set further. Additionally, I’m a Certified Master Life Coach with specializations in Life Purpose Coaching & Happiness Coaching. I have studied Western Herbalism and TCM Practices at Traditions School of Herbal Studies in St. Petersburg, FL. I have expertise in a variety of fields spanning psychology, counseling, mental health, herbalism, nutrition, fitness, stress management, mindfulness, energy, and sound healing.
